Salary: £35,292 to £40,000 per annum (plus ILW if applicable)

What will a Digital Engagement Platform Manager's job involve?
  • Managing the development backlog for digital engagement platforms you manage, in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders and organisational priorities
  • Working with stakeholders to map out user stories, and chunk into change requests.
  • Ensure that change requests meet the definition of ready before they are progressed (e.g. include clear acceptance criteria).
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with the web development resource, ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders and platform users about the platform roadmap, ensuring the value of new platform improvements is understood and identifying new opportunities
To be successful in this role you will also have the following skills and experience:
 
  • First-rate project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with external suppliers/internal departments
  • Experience of Agile project management approaches.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
The role of Digital Engagement Platform Manager sits within the Digital Engagement Team within the Marketing & Fundraising directorate.
