About The Role

Senior Digital Platform Manager
Job Location: London (Hybrid)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed term contract (18 months)
Salary: £43,485 – £52,897 per annum ( London weighting of £3,344, if applicable)

As a Senior Digital Platform Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing digital products that drive income generation. Can you lead web development projects from concept through to continuous improvement? You’ll work across fundraising, social enterprise, and volunteering to craft strategies that engage diverse audiences. What does a day in the life of a Senior Digital Platform Manager involve?
  • Plan and implement innovative features for digital engagement products to enhance user experience.
  • Lead testing, piloting, and launching of new platforms while optimising existing ones for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused platform improvements.
  • Ensure all campaigns and digital activities are data-driven and tailored to audience needs.
  • Oversee product budgets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
To be a successful Senior Digital Platform Manager, what will you need?
  • Expertise in web development processes with the ability to create and implement a strategic roadmap.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, with the capability to analyse data and produce high-quality reports.
  • Solid knowledge of CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for managing and enhancing digital platforms.
  • Proven leadership in managing digital projects, delivering complex products on time and within budget.
  • Experience in digital product management, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improvements
